Level 29: 60,000 / 120,000 (120,000)
Entries: 2 / 552
After several hands with little to almost no action, the two players arrived at the last hand of the afternoon. And it was a rather unusual one.
With 9 5 Mähönen opened to 360k and Kristiansen went for a bold move and three-bet with Q 2 to 845k. Mähönen elected to call.
Flop: 5 4 3
Kristiansen open-shoved for 4,500,000 effectively and Mähönen called the all-in with his top-pair.
And just like that, we were all-in for all the marbles.
Turn and river fell K and A , giving Eirik Kristiansen a wheel and the lead in this hand, eliminating the Fin Jari Mähönen.
Kristiansen takes home €56,100.
A full recap of the main event action will be up shortly.
