Day 1c of the Main Event ended in the early hours of the morning, with another 31 players joining the 57 who had already qualified for Day 2. The chip leader is one of the players who has exercised his right to remain anonymous and use a nickname instead of his real name. He’s known here as Cashewchili. There are several other players who made it through who also use their nicknames. That’s their right, however its also our right to hope they don’t win the event, as we would like to be able to celebrate their success and ‘Unknown player wins The Festival Series Main Event” isn’t a great headline. Nothing personal.
Yesterday's Fun With Slots Winner Andre Sorm from Estonia one of the players who made it through the day and is happy to use his name, so he wins the feature picture for this post.
