Main Event Shrinking Fast – But Is It Fast Enough?

We're down to 103 runners in the Main, with players no longer in the running but getting a little something for their trouble including Jon Kyte (152st), Per Lindstroem (143rd), Konstantinos Nanos (127th) and Dominik Znasik (111th). We've moved up a couple pay brackets as well, with everyone now guaranteed at least €815 - although there's a world of difference between that and the €126,650 on offer for first place.

By the way, the plan for today was to play down to two tables - always optimistic, but following that epic hand-for-hand pre-bubble period that sucked up a couple hours, we think it fairly unlikely we'll get that far tonight. We currently expect to play a minimum of 12 levels today (we're seven levels in right now), and reassess later in the day. The final day's not due to start until 2pm tomorrow which gives us a bit of leeway, but we're looking at a couple of late nights now whatever happens.
