Several tables recently vacated by the rapidly shrinking Main Event are now being filled by late reg tables in the €30k NLH event - now up to 159/179 entries. Elsewhere in the casino complex there's still the Coolbet Invitational to look forward to at 8pm, when 20 or so of Coolbet's finest will battle it out for a €5k prizepool. There's also another Midnight Madness event to go yet, confusingly scheduled for 11pm.
The atmosphere feels rather more subdued since the bubble burst in the Main - although we've already lost almost 30 players and we're now past the min-cash stage, with everyone already guaranteed €665, you wouldn't really know it. Perhaps worn out from almost two hours of adrenaline-fuelled bubble anxiety, they seem quite happy to get it (or not) quietly, for the moment at least. It's almost the cocktail hour though, so we suspect things will pick up again soon.
