Festival packages bought by the participants can be canceled with full refund until January 30th 2023, this this shall be done by informing the Festival Team by sending an email with relevant details to [email protected]. If a written cancellation request is not received by the date mentioned above, the participant will be liable for the entirety of the hotel costs and the hospitality package. No refunds will be granted if the request for hotel costs and the hospitality package cancelation is received after January 30th 2023.
However, participants that have a buy in at the Main event and Casino Tournament following January 30th 2023 and cannot participate should be granted a full refund for the buy in, such request shall be done by informing the Festival Team by sending an email with relevant details to [email protected].
The Participants are allowed to transfer the whole package or hotel room to anyone else until February 10th 2023 by informing the Festival in writing to [email protected] with both persons involved in the transfer.
Any cancellation request received prior to a scheduled event and after the 30th of January 2023 (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the Festival, whom in turn will decide or recommend the appropriate action, however the Festival does not make any promises or warranties for possible refunds in such scenarios.
Approved refunds shall be sent to the participants in 30 days.
