Pot-Limit Omaha during The Festival Series Bratislava

The poker format Omaha is one of the main disciplines on every single tournament schedule of The Festival Series. Whether it's part of a mixed game like H.O.R.S.E or 8-Game Mix, or a standalone event. It is one of the leading formats together with the obvious- No-Limit Hold'em.

H.O.R.S.E.S Mixed Games Main Event

For the fourth time in the history of The Festival Series, the €550 H.O.R.S.E.S Mixed Games Main Event will be one of the tournaments to look out for by mixed games fanatics. Of course, Omaha is one of the games which is included, as the 'O' stands for Omaha, and the 'E' stands for Eight-or-better Omaha. Who will follow up Jon Kyte as the winner of this event in Bratislava? We will find out soon enough!

Not just the variant with Sviten Special will be played, as we will also have a low buy-in H.O.R.S.E event planned!

Half 'n Half (NLH/PLO)

One of the popular events early in the week of The Festival Series, is the Half 'n Half tournament. It's the perfect tournament to kickstart your Omaha career and even play the most preferred No-Limit Hold'em at the same time. Going by a buy-in of just €125, it's safe to say that this tournament will potentially cover the entire poker room at the Banco Casino.

PLO Highroller

The PLO Highroller had been a great success last year in Bratislava. The tournament, going by a buy-in of €1,100, gathered a total of 47 entries the previous time, good for a total prize pool of €46,550. It was eventually German player Benedikt Hausmann who took home the title, alongside €17,800 for his efforts.

The Highroller events, both NLHE and PLO, have been part of the tournament schedule from the get-go and will continue to do so as they are very important for the elite group of players who are joining the event. Of course, whoever thinks that €1,100 is a bit too much for their bankroll, there is a €150 live satellite tournament in place to give players the chance to compete at the high stage of PL Omaha.

Going by a buy-in of €250, it attracted last year a whopping 97 entries, good for a prize pool of €20,092. Last year, it wasn't someone from the Nordics however, as Polish mixed games player Igor Narajczyk took down the event and collected a nice €5,400 for his efforts.
