Today's offering is grilled pork chops in some sort of sticky, BBQ-ish sauce, some absolutely top-notch potatoes in cream, and a mixed salad that's very heavy on the cherry tomatoes, plus bread and whipped butter that's been flavoured with something green I couldn't identify. Verdict: 8/10; would eat again (but I suspect we're only allowed one go each on it with a media pass).
Should you fancy a plate, the buffet is open until 6pm and tickets (€13) are available for purchase from the bar.
