Cash Game Challenge Begins

The first Cash Game Challenge session kicked off in real time. The games have been switched around this evening with the action beginning with a €5/€5 no-limit hold'em affair. After a short break, the line-up will change for some four-card action with the game switching to €5/€5 pot-limit Omaha.

The player that wins the most big blinds at any individual Cash Game Challenge table during the week will be crowned the Cash Game Challenge champion and be awarded a free package to the next The Festival Series valued at €1,600.

WSOP bracelet winner Dainius Antanaitis currently leads the leaderboard after booking a profit of 1,068 big blinds on a €2/€2 pot-limit Omaha Cash Game Challenge table two days ago. However, will he still be in the lead tonight? Not if Franke has anything to say about it as Franke already shared in the morning that he would pull ahead of Antanaitis in his quest to win the Cash Game Challenge title two festivals in a row after winning more than 3,000 big blinds in a €2/€2 pot-limit Omaha Cash Game Challenge session at The Festival Series Malta at Portomaso Casino in May.

You can check out the action by clicking on the 'Stream' tab within our coverage or by heading to TheFestivalOG Twitch channel.
