"I hate poker." Such were the words of Franke von Zweigbergk as I strolled by his table - but after dropping down to just a couple of thousand, he seemed to be enjoying a change of fortune. As I passed by, the board read 7 Q K 9 ; Bogdan Rezets (who apparently has flown in from Miami to play this event, only arriving this morning) bet out 1k, and Franke now raised to 2k. Rezets called, and they proceeded to the river.

Rezets checked it, and now Franke went all in or as good as, with just a few green and yellow T100 chips behind - the actual amount was purely academic anyway because he had Rezets covered, and in any event it wasn't long before Rezets folded. Franke showed an enigmatic 10 while assuring his hapless opponent, "I had a very good hand."
"It's quite a nice game, poker," he decided as he raked in the pot.
