The Festival Series 2024 Countdown #4: Return to Bratislava Nov. 18-24
The Festival Series during 2023 has been nothing short of spectacular with three stops at Dusk Till Dawn in Nottingham, Portomaso Casino in Malta, and Banco Casino, located in the heart of the Slovakian capital of Bratislava. All three stops offered a €550 Main Event with a juicy guarantee, tons of mixed games, package giveaway competitions, and casino championships including Slots, Roulette, and Blackjack events.
Next year will be even bigger and better at The Festival Series with three stops planned. The dates for next year's The Festival Series stops were announced last week and The Festival Series plans to release the locations one-by-one over the next week or two from the latest to the earliest.
Without further ado, the first stop will be back where it all began at Banco Casino in Bratislava from Nov. 18-24. Banco Casino. The Festival Series debuted at Banco Casino in 2021 when Martin Mauthner defeated a field of 621 players to win in the €550 Main Event to win the €59,000 top prize as part of a three-way deal. Things only got bigger and better from there with The Festival Series establishing a new Slovakian record with the first €500,000 guaranteed event. The event proved to be the largest in The Festival's two-year history with Netherlands's Michel Molenaar defeating a field of 1,261 entries in the €550 Main Event to win a €126,650 top prize. Gabriel Rymar made history of his own this year at Banco Casino after winning both the Main Event for €80,000 and the Bratislava Deepstack for €14,400, however, The Festival Series also established the first ever known HORSES Mixed Main Event that incorporates all the games of HORSE along with the popular Sviten Special. The Festival Series founder Martin "Franke" von Zweigbergk and its organization aren't the only ones thrilled about the trendsetting taking place at The Festival Series as Banco Casino also couldn't be more proud.
