The Festival Series meets: Gamducks!
The Festival Series is not just about having a great time at the poker tables, there is so much more to enjoy! From hospitality events to franke's flip flops, from the Cash Game Challenge to casino tournaments such as Roulette, Blackjack, and Slots. One of our online partners is perfectly connected to that. Most of them will all be joining us in Rozvadov. Let’s first introduce the boys of Gamducks, currently consisting of three friends (Casper, Jason, Joey) who entertain their ever-growing community.
Melvin, The Festival: Hi boys! You’ve been kicking it lately on stream, how did you guys come together and start streaming?
GAMDUCKS: ‘’Me (Casper) and Jason started off the channel, while we were working together within iGaming on another project. Basically finished the project together and went for lunch. And next to that lunch place, there is a casino. Went there, had a very good night, and both had a great run and made a lot of money that day. We just had a very fun time and after a couple of drinks, we thought like: Maybe this is what we should be doing. Maybe we should just stream it and maybe people would enjoy it like we do.
It started off from zero, we had nothing. We needed to be able to set up the stream and create a logo, and a name. Up until four months ago, when we joined Gamdom.’’
Melvin, The Festival. You started off collaborating with Gamdom. How is it to work with such a great brand?
Gamducks: ‘’Gamdom is, first of all, very streamer-friendly, I would say. They have everything you need on the website to be able to not only have fun when you're gambling but also to be able to entertain other people while gambling as well. And landing the Gamdom deal for us was a big step to be able to work with a big, good casino. They are very good at taking care of their partnerships.
We have almost a daily conversation with them, about how we can improve and how they can improve and how we can improve the partnership. So as Jason said, it's three and a half months in or almost four months in with Gamdom and we couldn't be happier, I think. It's been very, very good so far!’’

Melvin, The Festival: On May 31st, we will be heading towards Rozvadov for the first time. The King’s Resort will welcome us with open arms, and you are coming over as well. What are your expectations of the event? And what do you have in mind to play?
Gamducks: ‘’We will be arriving on Monday or Tuesday. We’ve never taken part in like an event where there are mixed games. It should be really fun, as it’s a cool idea to have other formats available, as well as the hospitality events. There is going to be a lot of gambling, which we obviously love and what we do six hours a day anyway, especially with the roulette, blackjack, and slots tournaments coming up.
We’re no professionals, that’s for sure. When we have the time or when we have some people over, we like to play some friendly games, as we just enjoy play the game. At The Festival, we’re going to post updates daily on our social media channels*. Maybe we will even do a live stream from the casino, a blackjack session for example. That could be good fun.’’

Melvin, The Festival: Your stream is going very well, it keeps on growing. What’s your goal when it comes to streaming? Are there any things you are working towards?
Gamducks: ‘’Yeah, of course. Like, I would say in the start when we got to streaming, we didn't really have a lot of expectations. It was something we tried and we'd see if we could make it work and obviously if we can make a living out of it, but also entertaining is something that I at least enjoy a lot and I'm sure you do sometimes as well. And what we managed to build already with our community where we have a very tight community and we speak directly to our viewers basically every day.
This is something I want to continue to do for as many years as possible and keep this family vibe we have in the community and to be able to grow the community as much as possible for the next coming years. But also growing as well, like our team as well, right? We've already brought in Joey, who is an amazing streamer, and eventually down the line maybe just bring in another streamer, be live for a longer period of time, you know, and just grow the channel as much as we possibly can.
