The Festival Series Rozvadov 2024 – Schedule Release
The first stop of The Festival Series 2024 will be held at the King’s Resort in Rozvadov from May 31 until June 9. The moment of releasing the tournament schedule for such an event is always something iconic, especially when the upcoming event consists of 10 days full of poker action. The Main Event will be guaranteed with €500,000, but is not everything that’s in store for you!

Ever since our previous stop, at the end of 2023, we have set our eyes on Rozvadov. Of course, the aim was to release the tournament schedule as soon as possible so that poker enthusiasts from all around the world could start planning their trips. The schedule does not only contain a great guaranteed prize pool for the Main Event but will have three other multi-day events, which all have an epic guarantee on them!
As you might already know, The Festival Series does not only rely on poker tournaments, and in Rozvadov this will be no different. The Roulette- and Blackjack tournament will be held in the middle of the series, where hospitality events will play a key role for package holders throughout the whole series. Besides the tournaments you are used to playing with us, we have also added other mixed game formats and tournaments such as The Hendon Mob Championship will have a different setup than during our previous stops.
The Festival Main Event (June 5 – June 9)
The Main Event is the flagship of every live poker event, so it does for The Festival Series. With yet another half a million euros guaranteed in the prize pool, players may enjoy an epic structured tournament which gives players the great comfort of building up healthy stacks during their opening flights. The Main Event winner’s gallery is ready for another great winner, who will join the likes of most recent winner Gabriel Rymar, Oystein Brenden, Ignacio Menendez, Michel Molenaar, Eirik Kristiansen, and Martin Mauthner?
Here are key elements of the Main Event:
- Buy-in €550, and a guaranteed prize pool of €500,000!
- Starting Stack: 50,000 Chips
- Blind levels of 40 minutes on the opening flights, with a break every 3 levels.
- The levels will increase on Day Two (45), and the Final Day (60).
- Six opening flights, with one turbo flight which has 20-minute blind levels.
- Other than previous Main Events, the late registration period will be open until the end of Level 9.
- 'Surrender Mode' available after level 13, which is also the end of the Day.
- The re-entries are capped on 2x per opening flight, giving players plenty of opportunities to run up their stacks.
The Hendon Mob Championship (May 31 – June 3)
The Hendon Mob Championship has been part of the schedule ever since Bratislava ’22. It has been shining on our tournament schedules as a one-day tournament, but also as a multi-day tournament. This time, we have made sure that you do not want to miss out on this one as it will host a guaranteed prize pool of €200,000! And that's not all, the winner will be awarded with an added package to THMC Cape Town Million 2024! The package is worth approx. €2,000! It includes 7 nights accomodation + transfers to the venue (excl. flights) + THMC Main Event ticket! - Blind levels of 30 minutes on Day 1s, 40 minutes on Day 2, and 50 minutes on Final Day.
- Five opening flights, including one 15-minute level turbo flight before the Final Day.
- Late registration until the end of level 10 of Day 1. The Day will end after 16 levels of play.
- Unlimited re-entries.
Who will be added to the list of winners of this iconic event?
H.O.R.S.E.S. Mixed Main Event (May 31 – June 2)
This tournament was introduced to the crowd during our previous stop, and with our Rozvadov stop coming up, it will be once again part of the schedule! The game which is known to all mixed games players is H.O.R.S.E, but we added another ‘S’ to it, meaning that Sviten Special is added to this epic poker format.
The previous edition attracted a total of 67 entries, gathering a prize pool of €31,825. The rightful winner of that edition, Jon Kyte from Norway, took home a whopping €8,825.
In Rozvadov, we will spice up the game by adding a guarantee on the prize pool of €25,000! And as the actual tournament structure of our previous edition is still under review to try and maintain a high standard for this new format, we can only provide you already the information that the starting chips will be 40,000 and that the blind levels will be set at 30 minutes. The opening flights will have 10 levels of re-entry options, and after level 12 the opening day will end. (surrender stack possible after this)
Mystery Bounty (June 2 – June 5)
The Mystery Bounty is a true hit in the poker world, and with its instruction at The Festival Series in 2023, we are happy to announce that it will be part of this schedule as well. The cherry on the cake this time, is that a guaranteed prize pool has been set at €100,000! Additionally, it will consist of four opening flights of which the last one will be a turbo flight. Not bad for a mere buy-in of just €300!
New additions and Returns to The Festival Series schedule
At every live edition of The Festival Series, we collect all the feedback of players and see what we can do with adding new formats to the tournament schedule, on top of newly introduced formats such as the Mixed Main Event.
This time we have added two new tournaments in the likes of ‘Seven Card Stud Fixed Limit’ and ‘2-7 Triple Draw’! For the real mixed games fanatics out there, we are sure that these games will sound like music in your ears.
With these new additions to the schedule, we also have secured a comeback of the PokerListings event! Where it was a multi-day event during previous editions, it was not included in the schedule of our previous event in Bratislava '23. it will now be available with a €250 buy-in and a whopping €30,000 GTD prize pool!
Another notable return is the Pineapple event. By making its debut during our previous edition, it will now be covered with a GTD prize pool of €10,000!
World Series of Poker Europe 2024 (WSOPE)
The World Series of Poker Europe is yearly hosted by King's Casino in Rozvadov, and will be happening later this year. Players from all around the world will come and try to win one of the most coveted titles in poker, with the event holding a guaranteed prize pool of €11,000,000! The King's Casino and The Festival Series offer you a great way of participating in one of world's legendary events, by giving out tickets for the WSOPE Main Event, each valued at €10,350!
The tickets will be handed out according to the information below:
- The Hendon Mob Championship - €200,000 GTD prize pool, including 3 WSOPE ME tickets.
- NLH Mystery Bounty - €100,000 GTD prize pool, including 2 WSOPE ME tickets.
- The Festival Series Main Event - €500,000 GTD prize pool, including 6 WSOPE ME tickets.
Each WSOPE Main Event ticket is for Day 1A 2024, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash.
