Jacob managed to reach the final table in Festival Malta €550 ME SEAT ONLY Qualifier but unfortunately had to release his seat after a big coin flip and settle for 9th place.
- Jacob: "Things didn't go very well at the end. Firstly, the coin didn't flip in my favor in the "AK" vs "77" situation, and then in the Snap tournament, I got my chips in preflop with "99" against "77", but unfortunately, the turn was a "seven" and the tournament was essentially over for me. However, anyone who has played poker for a while knows that variance plays a role and you have to accept these situations so no hard feelings from my side"
22.03 Wednesday´s stream
In the €50 iPoker (Betfred, Coolbet, GUTS, paf) satellite, our streamer Joseph showed good play and despite some setbacks, made it to the final table. Although he had to survive an "AK" vs "KK" loss there as well, the day went well overall and Joseph came very close to winning a €1600 package to Malta, which includes accommodation, a €550 ME ticket, and a hospitality package.
- Joseph: "Unlike Jacob, who can stay calm in any situation, I am emotional, so don't blame me too much if I sometimes say a stronger word on the stream. That's exactly what happened last time when a bad beat was dealt against me."
