The winner doesn't just receive a Main Event ticket. The package includes five nights of hotel accommodation, breakfast every morning, hospitality events, Festival merchandise and a €30 Unibet Live Flip ticket on top of the €550 Main Event entry.

There is a very solid reason so many poker tours keep coming back to Malta year after year. It's simply of the easiest destinations in Europe for a poker holiday with plenty of sunshine. Of course, Malta Poker Festival and Battle of Malta are homegrown tournament series, but take a look at the return of the European Poker Tour to Malta for example, or WSOP that is doing its Circuit events now in Malta as well... And something tells us that it will become more and more when the time passes.
Everything you need is within walking distance. You can leave your hotel after you enjoyed a nice breakfast, walk to Portomaso Casino and be in your seat within minutes. When you're done playing, the marina is full of restaurants and bars where players gather to relax before the next tournaments start, or when the hospitality event is firing up.
September is also one of the nicest times to visit the island. The weather is still warm, the sea is perfect for a swim and the busy summer crowds have started to disappear. It's also perfect to bring your partner along, because during the day, spending time at a rooftop pool, is just incredible. And not many partners will say no to that eventually!

Every poker series has a tournament schedule, one very straight forward, one has a couple mixed games added to its Main Event, and then you have us: The Festival who offers games such as Sviten Variants, NLH 7-2 Estonian Special (Incl. The tournament schedule consists mostly out of Hold'em tournaments, and where many mixed games players are familiar with, is that we also offer dozens of mixed games formats that you usually do not find elsewhere.
