The Festival Live Crew plays the Online Series at 888Poker
Today starts The Festival Online poker festival in the 888Poker, which will run until April 13th. The festival consists of 35 tournaments and has over 1 million dollars in guaranteed prize pools. The Festival Online brings together both LIVE tournament players and players from regions who have not previously been able to attend our LIVE festivals.
One of the LIVE players who plan to participate in The Festival Online series on 888Poker is our weekly Festival streamer - Jacob. Jacob intends to participate in as many tournaments as possible, and in addition to playing, he plans to demonstrate via stream how to win online tournaments. He seems to have a good reason for confidence, as Jacob is the man who reached the money(or won a package/ME ticket) in five out of six of our Nottingham online satellites, and in the first Malta qualifier last Thursday, he was close to getting a ticket. It was just a hair's breadth away, as Jacob's Aces were defeated by an opponent Kings in a 4-way all-in.
Jacob: “The Festival Online provides many players from all over the world with the opportunity to win as much prize money as possible with a small buy-in from tournaments. In that sense, my plan is very simple - I'll try to limit myself to one buy-in at most tournaments and aim to reach at least the final table, and then we'll see how the cards play out. Another team member who is also planning to participate in The Festival Online tournaments is our live reporter Jason Glatzer, who unfortunately cannot attend the first half of the festival due to work obligations, but he is making big promises for the second half.
