The Main Event in Rozvadov will be the first major Main Event of 2024; This makes it the perfect time of looking ahead of the event, and looking back into our history. Bratislava 2021: Martin Mauthner emerged victory in the Banco Casino, with an outstanding performance earning him €56,870. 'The Man with the Cigarette' managed to secure his first big win in live poker, and has visited multiple other of our event stops, after he got crowned as winner of the Main Event Bratislava when he outlasted a field of 621 entries.
Tallinn 2022: Eirik Kristiansen from Norway claimed victory among 552 contenders, securing €56,100 after three tough days at the tables. Not only will Eirik always remember his majestic win, he also joined in on various hospitality events, including the beer pong event, when we visited a brewery in the medieval city centre of Tallinn! In Rozvadov, the hospitality events will be pushed to new hights!
Bratislava 2022: Michel Molenaar's poker skills are truly inspiring to observe. Not only did he stare down on every single of the 1271 entries of the Main Event, he left everyone behind him and collected €126,650 for his win, setting a new record in Slovakian poker history.
Nottingham 2023: Ignacio Menendez, hailing from Argentina, captured £37,595 at the Dusk Till Dawn Pokerclub, marking a historic win as the Festival ventured outside Europe for the first time. A total of 609 entries were made in the £440 costing Main Event. In the end, Menendez made a deal during heads-up play, with runner-up Sean O'Donnell.
Malta 2023: Oystein Brenden, one of our fellow Norwegian friends, managed to add a title to his name at the Portomaso Casino in Malta. A whopping 617 entries found their way to Malta's top of the casinos, and Oystein managed to not let his friends down who were all sitting in the rail! What a performance, what a moment!
Bratislava 2023: Gabriel Rymar, originally from Krakow (Poland), had a run during The Festival '23 at Banco Casino where everyone is dreaming of. Not only did he win the Deepstack event for €14K, he overdid this accomplishment by being victorious in the Main Event! Outlasting respectively 354, and 1,025 entries, collecting €80,000 for the Main Event win!
